1959 Gibson ES-125T
First introduced in 1956, the Gibson ES-125T has always represented great value in the vintage market. Built in the same factory as the Gold Tops, 335's and Bursts of Gibson's Golden Era, they offer they same build quality and attention to detail for a fraction of the cost. This 1959 Gibson ES-125T is in exceptional all original condition. Featuring a maple top in Sunburst with Mahogany back and side alogn with a Mahogany neck with a Rosewood fingerboard, this guitar plays effortlessly and has a typical '59 Gibson neck profile. A single original Dog Ear P-90 in the neck position offers plenty of warmth with a good amount of bite when put through a cranked amp.
This guitar is in very good condition, with only minimal ageing to the finish. The original rosewood bridge has been replaced with a tune-o-matic bridge. As with all our vintage instrument, this guitar has been given a full service and set up by the Vintage Instrument Workshop and includes our 3 year warranty. This guitar also includes a non original case.
